*SteamRollers were led to their 2.50 point victory by a 24.65 point effort from Tim Tebow, who snuck past the Buffalo Bills defense for 185 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 34 rushing yards. They also got help from a 21.10 point effort from Marshawn Lynch, who beat the San Francisco 49ers defense for 107 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 24 receiving yards.
"This team shows a lot of character," *SteamRollers coach Steve Bradshaw said.
*VanIsle Mariners were helped out in a losing cause by a 37.15 point effort from Matthew Stafford, who tore apart the San Diego Chargers defense for 373 passing yards and 3 passing TDs in addition to 5 rushing yards. With this performance, Stafford was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 17.40 point effort from Percy Harvin, who snuck past the Washington Redskins defense for 65 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD in addition to 39 rushing yards.
"They out-hustled us," *VanIsle Mariners coach Jeremy Johnson said.
Causing further embarrassment, *VanIsle Mariners could have scored 145.45 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Jeremy Johnson left key players like C.J. Spiller and his corresponding 20.80 points on the bench.
This brings the record for *SteamRollers to 9-6, and drops *VanIsle Mariners to a record of 8-7.
